Borage Seed Oil Reviews
I really hate the smell the smell. But it’s lightweight and great for redness. I mix with NMF in the am.
I love it for soothing inflammation and it’s so cheap
Hate the smell! Gave it to a friend.
I love it! I use it most nights (alternate with Rosejip or retinoid 5%) & it helps clear my skin & reduce redness for the next day. 👌xx
It’s amazing for dry skin, and perfect during summer. The results are visible since the very first moment.
FAQS Borage Seed Oil
Which of The Ordinary oils will work best under foundation? They will all work great under foundation. We suggest massaging the oil into the skin until absorption before moving onto foundation
Is Borage Seed Oil good for oily skin? Yes, it is great for all skin types.
I really dislike the smell of Borage Seed Oil. It smells like cooked chicken. We’re sorry to hear this! None of our skincare products contain artificial or added fragrance so any scent you are detecting is a natural result of the ingredients. If stored in a dark, cool, dry place, the product integrity should not be compromised up until the PAO date given on the labels. If you’d like to discontinue use, please visit DECIEM.com/terms to explore our 365-day return policy.
Does Borage Oil have higher linoleum acid than the Rosehip Seed Oil? Borage Seed Oil contains a very high GLA (gamma linolenic acid) for skin inflammation. The oils can be mixed together upon application as well.
Can I use Borage Oil with Buffet + Copper Peptides? Yes you can.
Would Borage Seed Oil work for oily combination skin? I’ve tried some oils before and some are too heavy for my skin type. This product is suitable for all skin types. If you prefer a lighter oil, you may wish to explore The Ordinary 100% Organic Cold-Pressed Rose Hip Seed Oil or 100% Plant-Derived Squalane instead.
I really want to love The Ordinary Borage Oil because it´s so moisturising but I cannot get past the smell. So sorry to hear 😞 Any scent detected is the natural scent of the oil – you might want to try diluting it into a gentle cream to reap the benefits while diluting some of the scent. We also always offer a 365-day return policy.
