The Ordinary Rose Hip Seed Oil is recommended for evening use only. This would be used towards the end of your regimen after water-based, anhydrous and some of the emulsions. The Ordinary recommends oils followed by heavy moisturizers like Natural Moisturising Factors. Some people say moisturizer is followed by oil.
