How To Use The Ordinary Natural Moisturizing Factors for Hair & Scalp
Massage a few drops thoroughly into a clean, dry scalp once daily, ideally at bedtime. This is a leave-in treatment, so do not wash out.

How does this compare to HIF? The HIF cleansing conditioners are specialised treatments for the hair that are not meant to be used daily. Our Sulphate 4% Cleanser provides effective cleansing for the body and hair that can be used daily.
Would this be good for really dry fine hair? The cleansing benefit of this product has been tested on all hair types and was found suitable. An efficacy study performed on the skin and scalp of volunteers showed that over time the product maintained the skin barrier and increased moisture.
How do sulphates affect the environment? The SLES-2 used in our Sulphate 4% Cleanser is biosourced and readily biodegradable.
Are sulphates bad for coloured hair? We’ve tested these products on colour-treated hair and found that they did not strip colour.
How often should these products be used? Our Sulphate Cleanser provides effective cleansing for the body and hair and can be used daily.
How about bleached curls? Would you recommend these products? BTC 2% Conditioner is safe for use in chemically-treated hair.
Can we use the Natural Moisturizing Factor for the scalp and the Multi-Peptide Hair Serum? Yes, you may. We suggest using the Multi-Peptide Serum first and then layering on the Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA Scalp Serum after.
Will these help with scalp conditions such as psoriasis? As none of our products can be considered medical treatments for psoriasis, you may wish to discuss suitable treatments for persistent signs of psoriasis with your physician or dermatologist.
