NIOD CAIL Copper Amino Isolate Lipid
Copper Amino Isolate Lipid is NIOD’s most expensive product to date. It is a blue balm that is super spreadable, and it targets all signs of ageing and skin health. This is meant to be an all-in-one product for night use. It is only 15ml, but you only need a small amount, and there is no need to use anything else. Store this cap-side up!

CAIS Copper Amino Isolate Serum
CAIS3 1:1 is one of the 2 copper peptide products from NIOD. It´s great for general skin health and targeting signs of ageing. CAIS comes in 15ml and 30ml, and I would recommend buying the 30ml as it is better value. If you have a store near you, why not give it a try first to see how your skin reacts.

NIOD MMHC2 Multi-Molecular Hyaluronic Complex
MMHC2 is a fantastic Hyaluronic Acid Serum that hydrates leaves the skin surface looking plump and is great for general skin health. It has such a beautiful, silky texture. This comes in 2 sizes, 15ml and 30ml. I would go for the 30ml as it is much better value. There really is nothing to dislike about this product. It´s a staple in my routine.

NIOD MG Modulating Glucosides
NIOD MG targets signs of skin sensitivity and reduces the look of redness, itching, and irritation while helping to target stinging sensations. I have used this a few times and it really does calm the skin.

Re: Pigment targets pigmentation issues and dark spots. This comes in 2 sizes, 15ml and 30ml. I recommend buying the larger size because you need to give this product a good try in a few months to see a difference.

NIOD SS Sanskrit Saponins
NIOD SS can be used as a second cleanser after removing makeup or as a first cleanse in the morning. It can also be used as a 5-minute mask. I recently took this on holiday with me and fell back in love with it, especially as a masque. It does have a yeasty smell that could put some people off. This comes in 2 sizes and I would recommend the smaller size to start.

NIOD LVCE Low Viscosity Cleaning Ester
This is such an amazing oil cleanser and one of my all-time favourites. It removes all traces of makeup and sun cream with or without water. It leaves a film, making it easier for the following products to penetrate your skin. Some people find this messy but for me, anything that removes tough makeup and sunscreen without having to scrub the skin or ruin lashes is brilliant.

NIOD SDSM Superoxide Dismutase Saccharide Mist
A hydrating mist that I cannot live without, especially in the summer months. This also help with the look of inflammation. It is such a beautiful product to apply, leaving skin feeling healthy and fresh.

NIOD MM Mastic Must
This masque is for use before makeup to help the appearance of enlarged pores. Please watch the video on how to use it. A hairdryer is involved!

NIOD FM Flavanone Mud
Flavanone Mud is a masque to be used once a week but you can also do a 5-day acceleration method. Great for congested and dull skin. Warning! It can sting a little. Please read the instructions.

Myrrh Clay is a treatment masque that visibly firms the skin. This is a dark black/brown masque that you can use once or twice a week. I think this masque is fabulous and really see a difference in my more pronounced lines.

NIOD NEC Neck Elasticity Catalyst
NEC is for the lower part of the face & neck. The texture of NIOD NEC is a bit like honey without the stickiness. Before you buy this, it´s important to know that it should be massaged into your neck/jawline for 30 seconds.

- This does feel really nice and certainly hydrates my neck.
FECC Fractionated Eye Contour Concentrate
This little bottle of NIOD FECC has 28 clinical technologies to target many signs of under-eye and above-eye raging in one treatment. It is just 15ml and quite expensive but you only need one drop and it will last you quite a while. This is a product that you really notice works when you stop using it – in my personal opinion.

NIOD LBLC Lip Bio-Lipid Concentrate
NIOD LBLC is the lip treatment to improve the looks of lip colour, volume, texture, softness and contour, combining a wide borrowing from peptide technology and biotechnology. I absolutely love this and really makes a huge difference to the look and feel of my lips. Warning! This can sting and if you get this on your skin, it will go red, so be very careful!

NIOD NAAP Non-Acid Acid Precursor 15%
For anyone who prefers not to use direct acids like AHA/BHA or retinoids, NAAP is perfect for you! It uses fermentation bio-derivatives and amino isolates that act as precursors to skin-compatible acids, encouraging visible radiance and visible surface regularity without the redness and inflammation associated with acids. My problem with this is the dropper and product. I find it so difficult to get the product out.

NIOD HV Hydration Vaccine
Think of NIOD HV like a blanket that tucks you, the sheet and duvet in comfortably. Hydration Vaccine seals in hydration and should be used after your serums and before heavy creams/sun creams. Please read the instructions. This is a balm, a bit like Vaseline but thinner.

NIOD Reviews PF12% Photography Fluid 12%
There are 2 Photography Fluids available. These have a blurring effect that makes your skin look flawless in photos. It can be mixed with your foundation.

NIOD PF8% Photography Fluid
There are 2 versions of Photography Fluid, and the 8% is the tan version. This is my personal favourite of the two photography fluids. I often mix this with my moisturizer if I want a makeup free day with a glow.

NIOD S0 Survival 0
Survival 0 is for nighttime only to protect our skin from pollution, smog, stress, infrared and blue light. The texture and colour is similar to The Ordinary Pycnogenol if you are on budget.

NIOD Tips
The NIOD PAO (period after opening) is 6 months, so don’t go crazy buying too many products. When buying NIOD masques, buy 1 masque because you can only use them once or twice a week. I would also recommend buying the smaller sizes first to see if you like them. Regarding CAIS3 and MMHC2, I recommend buying the larger sizes as they are better value.

- NIOD PF8% – My latest favourite product by NIOD is PF8% Photography Fluid 8%. If you´re someone who doesn´t enjoy wearing foundation but would love a bit of natural glow, then I would highly recommend trying this. This delivers a slight natural tan and glow and yet continues to feel like skincare.
- NIOD MMHC2 – a hyaluronic concentrate serum that leaves my skin looking plumper and smoother.
- NIOD SDSM – This was an absolute life-saver through the summer. Refreshing and hydrating.
- Flavanone Mud has to be my favourite masque of all. It can sting a little initially but leaves skin glowing.
- LVCE Cleaning Ester. It´s an amazing cleanser that removes some of the most stubborn mascaras. It does leave an intentional film on this skin, which I like, but some people don’t like this. My skin feels clean and really hydrated after using this.
- NEC – I’m currently testing out the NEC, which is like honey for the lower part of the face and neck, and definitely seeing a difference in those selfies. You do need to be consistent with this and massage for at least 30 seconds.

1..What does NIOD stand for? Non-Invasive Options In Dermal Science.
2. Are there discount codes or coupons for NIOD? Lately, there have been discounts at NIOD Direct offering 50% off NIOD CAIS & CAIL. You can also find some NIOD discounts at authorised stockists.
3. How long can NIOD products stay open, and what´s the shelf life? On the side of the NIOD bottles will be a sign saying 6m or maybe 12m, which means this product should be used within this time once it is opened. Deciem says the shelf life of NIOD is between 18 and 24 months, but from personal experience, I would use them as soon as possible, especially CAIS.
